Terms of service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and SitesEzy, operated from Chennai, India. They take effect when you create an account or continue using SitesEzy after we update these terms.

If you're accepting on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use SitesEzy. Accounts are intended for working real-estate professionals.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at sitesezy@gmail.com right away if you think someone else has accessed your workspace.

On the Team plan, the workspace owner is responsible for the agents they invite. Inviting someone means you confirm they have a legitimate need to access your workspace data.

You agree NOT to use SitesEzy to:

• Publish listings for properties you do not have authority to list, or that violate local real-estate laws.
• Send unsolicited marketing to buyers who haven't opted in, or use lead data for purposes outside of property enquiries.
• Generate or distribute content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or otherwise attempt to access SitesEzy in ways the product doesn't support.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse referral codes, or use another workspace's credits without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

SitesEzy provides AI tools that draft ad copy and property descriptions on your request. The output is generated by third-party language models and:

• May contain mistakes — wrong facts, wrong assumptions, awkward phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before you publish or share it.
• Belongs to you, not SitesEzy — once generated, the text is yours to use, edit and share.
• Is not legal or professional advice — don't rely on AI output to make representations about price, title, zoning, finance or any other regulated topic.

SitesEzy offers three plans: Starter (free), Pro and Team. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits used by the ad and description generators (5 credits per ad, 3 per description).

Failed AI generations refund automatically. If the upstream model returns an error, the credit you spent is credited back to your balance the same instant.

Pre-Stripe note. While Stripe billing is being integrated, plan switching is free — no money changes hands. Once Stripe is live, upgrades will route through Stripe Checkout and downgrades will continue to take effect immediately. We will announce the change before charging anyone.

Your content stays yours. The properties, photos, leads, notes and AI-generated drafts inside your workspace are owned by you (or the workspace you belong to).

You grant SitesEzy a non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, process and back up your content solely to operate the service you signed up for (e.g. rendering a public listing page, delivering an auto-reply email, generating ad copy).

SitesEzy stays ours. The product, brand, trademarks, copyrighted code and visual design are SitesEzy's intellectual property. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or create derivative works of the platform itself.

When you publish a property, you grant SitesEzy permission to show the listing on a public URL, make it crawlable by search engines, and surface it on shareable previews. You confirm you have the right to list the property and that the information you provide is accurate.

You can downgrade to the Starter plan at any time from Settings → Billing, or email us to request full account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for non-payment once billing is live, or in response to a verified intellectual-property complaint. We'll give reasonable notice except in cases of clear abuse or legal obligation.

On termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days unless you request an export. See the Privacy policy for details.

SitesEzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard on uptime and accuracy but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI output will be fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, SitesEzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid SitesEzy in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, in the pre-Stripe period, is ₹0).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless a different forum is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms — when we do, the "Last updated" date above changes and we'll notify you in-app or by email for any material change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
